The staff were amazing, the room's were nice and clean including the bedding, bottled water to drink tea and coffee in the room, we were going to the Warner Bros Studio (Harry Potter) the train station was 15 minute walk and all other facilities were well within walking distance, Elstree Studio's a 3 minute walk, KFC, McDonald's and plenty other eateries, Tesco 2 minute walk, Sky Studio's 10 minute walk, the Pick and Shovel pub below served good value for money food and drink, i never give 10 out of 10 because there's always room for improvement but where we stayed was perfect for everything we needed and more.

The single en-suite room was cosy, and once I turned on the radiator it was lovely and warm. The small space was used well, with a few hangers for clothes which need to be hung. Great that the room had a fridge. The en-suite cubicle in the room was good - it made a little noise when using the water but not for long. The shower was a good flow and temperature. The staff on the front desk were really lovely and helpful. I didn’t mind climbing the stairs but if you struggle with that, it’s best to pre-book on a lower floor. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Localization and staff. The man from the reception saved us from being late for the plane. He ordered a taxi for us and waited with us and he will come comforting us that we would make it, and we made it in time :D so thank you again Sir! The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was a little small but it had what you needed. We got fresh towels every day. The hotel is located quite close to the centre. Just take the metro, which is about 10 minutes from the hotel, or the bus, which is a few minutes away. We felt very safe there. I highly recommend it!

Firstly the manager is a gentlemen so helpful and makes you feel welcome from the start...I have stayed twice now and the first time I arrived 10ish at night was the same as arriving in the afternoon polite professional..very courteous to any needs..the hotel and rooms are comfortable and well maintained...it is obviously decorated on a regular basis...also it is very quiet at night considering its focused location on a highstreet which is also a bonus to be access to all varieties of food on your doorstep...I'm very impressed and will be staying again

The gentleman at the reception desk was the nicest person, very helpful and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. He always has a smile on his face and it's very welcoming. The rooms and beds are comfortable, they have added additional amenities which is great. They also have cold drinks which you can purchase at reception and the prices are good. Great location near plenty of shops and restaurants. This is our second stay here and we would definitely stay here again when we are back in the area.
